The following items are necessary to complete your loan registration with Great Northern Funding:

Your loan application (form 1003), filled out on-line or signed and faxed back to us.
The GNF Service Agreement, signed and dated. This allows us to contact the lender on your behalf.
Borrower Certification and Authorization, signed and dated. This allows us to request your credit information.
IRS form 4506-T, signed and dated. This allows us to request your tax information.
A clean copy of your photo identification.
Five digital pictures of the property.
If this is a purchase, a signed copy of the Earnest Money Agreement with all addendums.
A copy of the existing Note and Mortgage or Trust Deed encumbering the property.
Registration and processing fees per our quote. Pay online or by check.
